A man has been arrested having run onto the field of play during the Villa v Blues derby and attacked Jack Grealish.
To the Villa captain’s credit he did not react to the unprovoked incident early in the first half.
Significant questions will now follow for Birmingham City surrounding both the seriousness of this incident, but also the ease in which it was permitted to occur.
